Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the content.
Video Courses
Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 25% of the course.
Bundles
Eligible for refund within 7 days if none of the bundle items have been substantially accessed.
Pass Guarantee Claims

Promotional/Discounted Items
Items purchased with promotional discounts over 50% may have modified refund terms.
Reseller Purchases
Purchases made through resellers are subject to the reseller's refund policy.
